lt continues unremedied for a period of five (5) days; (c) the failure to perform any other agreement, obligation, liability or indebtedness of any Obligor to Bank (whether arising pursuant to any Note or the Loan Documents, or otherwise) or to any Affiliate of the Bank as and when such obligation is required
