The Fund was originally organized under the name Highbridge/Zwirn Special Opportunities Fund, L.P., but in 2004 the Certificate of Limited Partnership of the Fund was amended to officially change the Fund's name to D.B. Zwirn Special Opportunities Fund, L.P. 3. The General Partner of the Fund was D.B. Zwirn
