Larry, Yes, this is a legitimate group of people. I know Carmen personally and she has been doing a great job of organizing medical trips to Haiti. The Office of the Governor has been working in a minor capacity with Carmen and the medical team. I think that JE should agree to help them with the next trip. Cecile DISCL
