Washington JVashington, 10 June 2013 The former president of the General National Congress, Mohamed Magarief, was honored in Washington tonight. The SAIS Center for Transatlantic Relations at Johns Hopkins University gave Magarief the Mediterranean Leadership Award in recognition of his contribution to strengthening peace and democrat
