re is no general requirement that all parties to a contract be joined in an action brought by a third-party beneficiary. See Wright, Miller & Kane, Federal Practice & Procedure: Civil §1613 (1986). To the extent the Plaintiffs have valid claims of misrepresentation or breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing against the Defend
