ke =& his wife got a Summary Judgment against them. I was told =y the Bank they would release me for $60,000.00 at the short sale and now = find out Mike & Julie walk without paying anything. Why should = have to pay when he gets the pass. I consider it evidence of collus=on between Mike and the Bank. --- On
