10/30 After identifying, transformer is defiantly faulty Our ST Thomas vendor gave us loan, 10/31 Removed faulty transformer Installed loaner WAPA St Thomas side blew again Without new transformer energize Need to do hi pot test on under ocean wire. I hope this is just something stupid the hi pot test
