3(1)(bXh). The purpose of this Subdivision J is solely to comply with the foregoing provisions of the Guidelines. 7. Any computations contained in this Subdivision J are not material provisions of this Agreement and neither party is relying upon them or upon any amounts set forth in this Subdivision in entering
