Within days of the expiration of time for Defendant to answer or respond to the Complaint based on the May 7, 2008 service date, Plaintiff filed a Motion for Clerk's Default. Not until June 6, 2008, when Plaintiff's counsel received the Clerk's denial of the Motion for Entry of Default, did a need to take further action
