Dominican Republic decided to implement a Customs User Fee. The fee will be assessed against net transportation charges on al shipments inbound to the Domirican Republic from all origins. FedEx wil bil this fee for shipments with a ship date of April 1. 2006 or later. The fee is 3% of the base transportation charge
