rest of the Limited Partners and the investors in each such Parallel Fund as a single group (based on the amounts of their respective commitments to the Partnership or Parallel Fund and excluding any vote by the General Partner and any of its Affiliates, any Non-Voting Interest of any BHC Partner and any Defaulting Partners).
