On July 27, 2016, the Company entered into indemnification agreements (the "Indemnification Agreements") with Jeff Hastings, Brian Beatty, Brent Whiteley, Mike Scott, Darin Silvernagle, Ryan Abney, Gary Dalton and each of the New Directors (each, an "Indemnitee").
