Additional Indebtedness Joinder and Designation In connection with the entry into the Indenture and the issuance of the New Notes, the Trustee and Noteholder Collateral Agent entered into an Additional Indebtedness Joinder and Designation dated July 27, 2016 (the "Joinder") with the collateral agent for the Existing Revo
