rtial withdrawal of the capital of any Partner, (iv) the date immediately after the date on which there occurs an event that causes a change in any Partner's Heritage Points Percentage or Sharing Percentage, (v) the next December 31, (vi) the date on which the Partnership terminates and (vii) any other date which the Ge
