"Restaurant Companies" shall mean the "Restaurant Companies" as defined in the Master Restaurant Purchase Agreement and BRO Vegas. "SCG" shall mean Starwood Capital Group Global I, L.L.C. and its successors. "aeathes Act" shall mean the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. "Senior Adjusted Capital Contribution" shall mean, wit
