Individual, as novated by that certain Novation Agreement, dated the date hereof, by and among BRG Holdings Sub, the Company and Hanson Member. - "Hanson Loan" shall have the meaning provided in the recitals. "Hanson Member" shall have the meaning provided in the first paragraph of this Agreement. "Hanso
