Company has a direct or indirect interest. "Junior Adjusted Capital Contribution" shall mean, with respect to each Member, such Member's aggregate Junior Preferred Capital Contributions less any distributions previously made to that Member pursuant to Section 6.1(d). "Junior Participation Percentage" shall mean, with respect to any
