er. 17. APPLICABLE LAW This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A. without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, 1980, and any successor thereto, will not apply. 18. DISPUTES 18.1 Any dispute arising out of or relating t
