ERM 12.1 This Agreement will begin on the Effective Date as indicated in the introductory paragraph of this Agreement and will expire at midnight, Mountain Standard Time, three (3) years from the Effective Date ("Term"), unless terminated earlier pursuant to the "Termination" article of this Agreement. 12.2 This Ag
