n the Series 2009A Bond Anticipation Notes, (iii) pay capitalized interest on the Series 2009A Bonds, (iv) make a deposit to the Series 2009A Senior Lien Debt Service Reserve Subaccount in an amount necessary to meet the Series 2009A Debt Service Reserve Requirement and (v) pay the costs of issuing the Series 2009A Bonds.
