just read Seneca's DE BREVITATE VITAE. One of my favorite books is Michel de Montaigne's Les Essais which I used to read often about 25 years ago. Senaca's reminded me of Les Essais. In another word, Montaigne apparently seems to be borrowing the style of writing and concept from Seneca. Anyway, DE B
