Korea appears to have had help from abroad in the construction of 2,000 recently disclosed centrifuges capable of producing enriched uranium (as per Sigfried Hecker, Emeritus Director of Los Alamos Laboratory, in a speech last week after visiting the sites). In the wake of this disclosure, South Korea is consid
