in Soho-they have 11:30 massage and facial at 1pm (but these are their last available appointments! they have lots of other services as well)...or Elizabeth Arden Red Door Spa on 5th? They can only do a facial however (massage is totally committed) but they do have hair salon and nails, wax, etc... I'm sure there are loads
