tion of any interest under the Cape Town Treaty in violation of this paragraph shall be deemed ineffective as against Sikorsky and, upon request of Sikorsky, Customer, at its own expense, immediately shall take all required action to remove any such interest or other encumbrance on the Helicopter or its engines.
