Provisioning and Technical Support — Sikorsky recommends that a provisioning conference should be held between the Customer and representatives of Sikorsky Aerospace Services ("SAS"), Sikorsky's aftermarket business, no later than 180 days before the Scheduled Presentation Date Helicopter, for the purpose of defining the
