he cost (based on its Side-Pocket Participating Percentage) of any Side-Pocket Investment in which such Primary Capital Account participates or any Follow-Up Investment (as determined pursuant to Sec. 4.06(b)), (iii) increased or decreased as described in Sec. 4.02(6), (iv) increased or decreased by the amount of a
