resulting from Injury, infection, breakage to tooth surface or loss of filling. Emergency Medical Care means the services or supplies provided by a Physician, Hospital or Other Licensed Provider that are Medically Necessary to treat any covered medical Illness or Injury that is acute (onset is sudden and unexpected)
