3) arbitrators having the following qualifications: each arbitrator will be between the age of thirty (30) and sixtyfive (65) years and have (I) an FAA Mechanic's License with Airframe and Powerplant ratings. (2) an FAA Inspection Authorization. (3) no less than seven (7) years of experience in the General Av
