nt will be effective unless in writing signed by the party to be charged therewith. If the Applicant is hereafter employed or engaged by XYZ or any Affiliated Company, any subsequent change or changes in the Applicant's duties, salary or other remuneration will not affect the validity or scope of this Agreement.
