er hereunder and with only such rights of an assignee under the Act as are consistent with this Agreement. For purposes of this Clause 9.2(c), if a Withdrawing Limited Partner's Interest in any Series is held by more than one Person (for purposes of this Clause 9.2(c), the "Assignees"), the Assignees shall appoint one Person with fu
