of Debtor's Obligations in such order of application as the Secured Party may in its sole discretion determine. Any surplus remaining after all of Debtor's Obligations to Secured Party shall have been paid in full shall be paid to Debtor. Debtor shall be liable for and shall promptly pay on demand any deficiency resulting from any
