U.S. Supreme Court justice since 2018 (born 1965)
Brett Kavanaugh appears in 23 documents with 37 mentions, primarily in Yahoo emails from 2018 discussing his Supreme Court nomination and in House Oversight documents that appear to reference messaging/email data from the same period.
Kavanaugh's presence in these documents is almost entirely contextual rather than direct involvement. The majority of mentions come from forwarded Washington Post news emails received at a Yahoo account ([email protected]) during the 2018 Supreme Court confirmation process. Several House Oversight documents contain what appear to be extracted messages or notes referencing Kavanaugh's confirmation hearings, the sexual assault allegations by Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez, and political commentary from that period. There are also two mentions of "Ryan Kavanaugh" (a different person - a film producer) in guest lists that appear unrelated to Brett Kavanaugh. The documents show no evidence of direct communication with or substantive connection to Jeffrey Epstein - rather, Kavanaugh appears because these document collections include emails and records from 2018 when his nomination dominated news coverage.
