But usually it just second nature. 11 You always get a stretcher. Because you don't 12 want none of the inmates seeing you work on an 13 inmate. It never looks good. So you kind of - 14 you just - everything is just so fast. Like it 15 just moves just like a - it's not like you wait 16 or hesitate. But you just kind of know what to 17 do. There's no hesitation. But you just know 18 what's going to happen and you never really 19 want to work in front of the inmates or the 20 inmates behind a door. Like that's not a good 21 idea. Because they 5 were pretty mad that there was no video at all. 6 And I found that video. Because I wasn't sure 7 what was on the recorders or what wasn't on the 8 recorders at one point. 9 : And that's the 10 South 10 video? 11 : Yes. 12 : And um do you know if 13 that video was ever enhanced to be able to see 14 it more clearly? 15 : I have no idea if they did 16 or did not. 17 : But you did not? 18 : No. I did not do that. 19 : Do you even have that 20 ability to do that? 21 : Not without software we 22 have. It was just a constant 8 thing as far as the cameras not working. 9 Because we was trying to get upgraded. We were 10 trying to get money spent. So we have to 11 create - any time there's a problem, I have to 12 create a work order or tell like the regional 13 office like there's a problem. Because it's a 14 work order over 10,000 so they have to put 15 money aside to do the work. Like it's not a 16 quick fix to fix the recorders. 17 : And these recorders were 18 maintained in house or only by SigNet? 19 : The work orders we have 20 are maintained here in house. 21 : Who would have access to 22 that? 23 : Um the facility manager. 24 : Okay. 25 : Anybody in facilities EFTA00064163

And the 11 thing - and I have to stress also - is just 12 because I saw it down -. Because I don't check 13 it every day. I don't know if it was down for 14 a week, a month, you know. Tt's not one of 15 those things you check all the time. But I 16 would - since we were having problems more 17 readily, I would always check like once a week 18 to make sure it was working. But before it was 19 not like okay I've got to go up here and check 20 it because it wasn't happening. 21 : That was my next question. 22 Did you just happen to walk in there that day? 23 Or -? 24 : I already knew we were 25 having issues. And before drives would go out 15 on one or two, so it was just random. They 16 were old. I went to Indiana and I was a 4 contact at a complex which was a high, medium, 5 low, there's a camp, there's a death row. 6 There's cameras everywhere. I come to this 7 jail, New York City. And I'm expecting cameras 8 everywhere. And one of the first things was 9 like, oh, we don't have money for that. We 10 don't have money for this. We don't have money 11 for that. And I just kept saying hey, you guys 12 got to do something. This is a problem. God 13 forbid this is what happened. But I just wish 14 there was more proactivity. Like -. 15 : But right now, MCC is up 16 to speed? 17 : We're good. Yeah we're 18 good.
