No person may operate this aircraft unless Form 8130-7 is displayed at the cabin or cockpit entrance and visible to passengers or flightcrew members. 2. No person may operate this aircraft for other than the purpose of Showing Compliance with Regulations, to accomplish the flight operation outlined in the program letter dated March 7, 2008 which describes compliance with Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR), section 21.193(d), and has been made available to the pilot in command of the aircraft. In addition, this aircraft must be operated in accordance with applicable air traffic and general operating rules of the 14 CFR part 91, any special NOTAMS and or temporary flight restrictions imposed, and all additional limitations herein prescribed under the provisions of § 91.319(i). 3. All flights must be conducted within the geographical area described as follows: In the warning areas identified as W291, W289 and restricted areas only if prior permission is obtained from the using or controlling agency as required by § 91.133 (a), also in a easterly direction to the Albuquerque, NM VOR waypoint and back to KLGB and in a northerly direction to the Point Reyes, CA VOR waypoint, not to exceed 1500 nautical miles of Long Beach Municipal Airport defined as the base of operations for flight tests conducted under this experimental special airworthiness certificate. The designated area must be over open water or sparsely populated areas having light air traffic. The size of the area must be that required to safely conduct the type of anticipated maneuvers and tests. Except for take-off and landings this aircraft must not be operated over densely populated areas or in congested airways. Alternate airports that may be used for takeoffs and landings are: Palm Springs, California (KPSP) and Victorville, California (KVCV). 4. When changing between operating purposes of a multiple-purpose certificate, the operator must determine that the aircraft is in a condition for safe operation and appropriate for the purpose intended. A record entry will be made by an appropriately rated person to document that finding in the aircraft logbook. 5. This aircraft must not be operated unless it is inspected and maintained in accordance with appropriate military technical publications and/or manufacturer's recommendations. The owner/operator must select, establish, identify, and use an inspection program as set forth in § 91.409(c), (f), (g), and (h). This aircraft is maintained in accordance with Gulfstream G550 Computerized Maintenance Program revision 10, in compliance with Title 14 CFR part 91.409(e), (f) (3) "a current inspection program recommended by the manufacturer." Inspections are recorded in the aircraft maintenance records. 6. The pilot in command of this aircraft must hold an appropriate category/class rating.
