LIMITED TRANSFER RIGHTS. You may not sell, rent or lease the STC, except that you may transfer your license to the STC to any purchaser of the Aircraft. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Licensee shall have no recourse against JET for, and hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless JET, its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents, against any and all claims (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, including negligence of any degree) for or in respect of any loss (including loss of use and/ or profit), expense, liability, property damage and/or bodily injury (including death) which may at any time be suffered or incurred (for any reason whatsoever) by Licensee and/or any third parties (including persons or any property being carried in the Aircraft in any capacity whatsoever), directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with the use of the STC Data Package by Licensee or by any person obtaining access to the STC Data Package from or through Licensee. REMEDIES FOR BREACH. Licensee agrees that, without limiting any other available remedies, JET shall be entitled to an injunction or other equitable relief in the event of any breach of the terms of this Agreement.
