As I mentioned to you on our call last week, we are facing constant pressure from Aby Rosen's people as to if/when we will be getting our deal done with them (which means getting our deal done with you). I had another challenging (I'm being kind) call from their legal counsel on Monday and during that call I told him that I hoped to hear from you early this week (which was true). As you know (but I'll say it anyway), Jennie is personally committed to doing everything she can to fight off Aby until such time as you are ready to close the deal with her (and I, of course, share her commitment). You should also know that this resolve is not due to getting rid of Aby as her partner, it is instead her unwavering desire to do a deal with Nathan. Nonetheless, if we are to have a deal with Nathan, we have to get our matters with Aby done sooner rather than later, as it is clear that he is losing his patience as to the delays. Again, I fully appreciate your issues and concerns, and wish to structure this transaction in a way that meets your needs --- that has not, and will not change--but, I also wish to share the ongoing time sensitivities we face and our need to engage with you as soon as reasonably possible to see if we can structure this relationship in a way that meets your needs, or not.
