I spoke with David Mitchell r=garding the question below and told him that we are currently exploring se=urity deposit with a potential financial partner but it would likely take a couple of weeks. In the interim I suggest=d that his architect create a test fit so that we can determine if the alt=rations will be within the budget of the rent we offered and achievable fo= a September 2018 opening. He asked for us to get on a call with him and the architect at some point tomorrow.=nbsp; Can you provide some availabilities for tomorrow.
