My understanding of this situation that these orders have been stuck in customs for almost a full month, according to your emails. After my client requested that all orders be delivered as they were ready a schedule was set for the additional deliveries in February and March, neither of which has happened. As I've stated before you have well over $460,000 of my clients money and we have only a quarter of the furniture delivered. There is no reason for further delay in shipment and you better have an answer for my client before Rich returns on friday otherwise you will hear directly from him.
