I don't know if there is a reason Jeffrey wishes to transfer the visa, but if not, what do you think? Better to get a new visa or transfer the one he has? G3 to prepare the online application form, would you like to start working on the questionnaire? I attach the instructions and G3 processing fees for you review. For the visa fee you can just indicate the fee as below on mult entry and write `visa transfer' as service on the order form. Please let me know if you have any questions! HI 'ma. Jeffrey has a second passport but needs to get a new one due to his status as registered sex offender. We will need to obtain this second valid passport before we can then try to transfer the Russian Visa. We will work with your Miami office again in securing this second valid passport, then come back to you! Just keeping you in the loop. I believe we will need to give you the valid 10 year passport to attach/transfer the Russian Visa to...as well as the below items.
