Why is UPenn more fun? Are the classes/profess=rs better? Is Philadelphia better? During my US trip I did not =et to see much of the city, I only visited Penn law. I have seen more of=Washigton DC though - and it was shabby - but I stayed on a couch i= some house in park view and was one of the few white people in that area.=There might be nicer spots.
