Initially, the HOU consulate requested one new photo (different from the one on the 2018 visa), old cancelled passport, new passport, completed and signed application form (G3 can create it — concierge fee would apply) and visa transfer fee $74. Additional documents may apply once submitted. Current fastest processing time 8 business days in HOU — the waiting time for authorization may add.
