If we were to rent furniture, which would be necessary to have the set up he is requesting in a meeting room, it would probably cost about the same. I don't know how I will pull that off, as the hotel does not have the meeting space available. The only thought that comes to mind is for a suite. I have them checking at the hotel to see if they have a suite available. If so, they might have that for all of their meetings. However, as of this moment, we are checking to see if that is even an option. If not, I don't know how this can be pulled off. This is very last minute and his expectations may not be possible.
