In basic, we would need a very casual setting, of comfortable chairs and sofas, rather than a conference type sterile environment, where people can just relax around a basic circle and discuss and argue various ideas. I do believe that a white board and projector for mac and pc are needed. basic drinks, snacks... I have no information on how people will arrive, what is happening to the spouses/partners. Can't just "dump them," so some things would be nice to be set up. What sort of other relaxing activities will be there. What happens when people arrive, that night, etc. We wanted to arrange for one of the people to do a gourmet bbq and talk about the science of cooking on one of the nights at Jeff's island... (but that would have to be arranged) EFTA00709088
