I don't know how I will pull that off, as the hotel does not have the meeting space available. The only thought that comes to mind is for a suite. I have them checking at the hotel to see if they have a suite available. If so, they might have that for all of their meetings. However, as of this moment, we are checking to see if that is even an option. If not, I don't know how this can be pulled off. This is very last minute and his expectations may not be possible.
