We will need to book their accommodation where we have availability, villas are reserved for the Foreign Ministers and we are still allocating rooms as the invitees details are being forwarded to us. You understand of course that will not take part in the forum activities as this is strictly by personal invitation only for high level Foreign Ministers, business attendees and speakers and is being held under Chatham house rule. with regard to helicopters we have (hopefully) secured the only available helicopters to take our Foreign Ministers in and out of the resort whilst advisors and other attendees business contributors, speakers and moderators will all travel to and from the resort by road in cars we have arranged and have been authorised by our Security services.. Seats in helicopters are very limited in availability and until we have all the timings of the arrivals at Abu Dhabi airport and prioritised I cannot say that there will be available space on a helicopter for Mr Epstein and from where their aircraft lands (need to know this too please as there is a different airport for jets usually used by private aircraft) - please keep me advised of arrival and departure time and whatever happens we will ensure we will get them to the resort and back to their aircraft on 8th November (or when ever they plan on departing).
