Since you're concerned about the schedule, the best thing would be to messenger the retainer and signed contract to my office on Monday. That way production can proceed without further delay. Ethan, my office manager, can also send a messenger to you if that's better. I sent an email to Mary Wilson at the building department this week with a revised scope of work ic: service room, conversion of garage to habitable space. I'm not anticipating any problems, but it's good to bring them along with the process. I noticed a surveyor's stake in the front yard yesterday.
