The criminal case against Mr Kamensky brought by Ms Strauss, Mr Tracer and Mr Cooper is a fraud on your courts. I have established beyond any shadow of a doubt that the Kamensky/SEC/SDNY actions are a complete fraud and well orchestrated set up by protected and known criminals including but not limited to Richard Handler/Jefferies.
