January meeting: was rep by Adam Horowitz o They were considering civil lawsuit or being involved in the Epstein compensation fund o But wanted DANY to look at allegations against Black o When she was in HS, she was in gymnastics/ cheer/ dance studio in . , coach Mary • DANY subpoenaed the gym but didn't get anything back (they didn't respond but it's still open) • Goes by Mary Small/ Combs • CLEAR check identified based on DOB and name • Combs/ Petit/ Smalls/ Fleming all potential last names for Mary from • These all show up in CLEAR report as associated names • Mary introduced her to Gislaine Maxwell when she was 17, around 2001/2002 • Mary had significant other named Eddie Small (Edward Charles Small) • Mother knew that Mary was from Northern VA o Mary told her that it was an apprentice program, she met Gislaine and Epstein • They (Maxwell/ Epstein) watched movies together, Mary told to sit in his lap • GM/JE flew her to Palm Beach, St. Thomas, NY o One particular incident with Leon Black, Eddie drove her from Virginia to NY to JE's townhouse • JE introduced her to Black by name as "Leon" and told her she would give him a massage • JE had introduced her to others for similar massages • [deceased JE associate] • Also knew other names but was afraid to talk about it EFTA00156645

• Black was very violent, tore clothes off, • Not clear whether knew about allegations about LB but they were non-public at time of first interview • She needed medical attention, bleeding • LB left her money on the table before he left the room • JE took the money because she didn't want anything to do with it • She did not describe payments from JE O 2001 sexual assault by Leon Black stood out to her because of how violent she was • Mother also said that she always talked about this guy (Black) who stood out • Described him looking like Shrek • Mother showed her photo from article of Black — she confirmed it was him • Mary was introduced as mentor and she turned her over to Gislaine o Mary gave her a phone which was used to communicate with her • 703-362-1500 (from CLEAR for Mary Smalls from VA, DOB 6/20/1964, a/k/a Mary Petit) • CLEAR search put her in Vienna VA, and the name of the dance gym — Vienna Youth Inc. • DANY sending CLEAR records • 4386 Catlett Road, Midland VA is most recent address for Mary Smalls from Credit Union on CLEAR o DANY tried to get phone records but was not able to get any • Mary would treat her badly if JE reported to Mary/Eddie that she wasn't good o One time Mary dragged her up flight of stairs by her hair o She was terrified of her, Mary would be physical including by slapping her o Gislaine and Mary were controlling of body, JE liked the girls to look a certain way o Mary would receive expensive luxury gifts (Tiffany earrings etc.) after the trips with JE, would also get new outfits or food after the trips • "allowed" to eat something bad, normally she had to watch what she ate • I went to facility for in-patient eating disorder) • wasn't asked if she knew of other girls who were working with Mary, but she said that she didn't know whether Mary introduced other girls to JE o DANY didn't push on Mary because they didn't have jurisdiction • DANY doesn't know how was transported to NY on the other occasions o She mentioned a pilot named Larry who flew them to St. Thomas • One time, she came in through customs and the customs officer asked if she was ok o DANY doesn't have border records o JC did have flight records related to and so she may have records related to — DANY didn't look into it • DANY received medical records from from 2011-2023 o She mentions sexual assaults/ Epstein in records in May 2020 o Also records from OB-GYN 2019 O 2011 record notes that she has PTSD/ anxiety from sexual assault o Complains of pelvic pain 0 o Seems like news reports about JE/ GM prompted anxiety and PTSD — corroborated in records but only in later timeframe (post JE investigation) • In follow-up interviews and in records, DANY has found other allegations of sexual abuse unrelated to JE/ GM 0 0 • Family situation: she bounced around from different families, to BM and back O 2017: was adopted as an adult by her mother O Prior to that she had a foster mother and she bounced back and forth between foster care and her BM • AW/ DANY do not doubt her allegations against JE and LB O They believe she was also abused by Staley O They have not found any independent corroboration • 0 EFTA00156646
