We need your support staff to prepare a travel auth request form the traveler and a Invitational Travel Memo which explains/justifies why the office considers this expense beneficial to the program/mission. The memo should be approved by Jeff and sent to Helen Grill, along with the travel request form. Tammy can provide your support staff more administrative/fiscal guidance if necessary.
