Date: 1/20/2020 7:14 AM Subject: Fwd: RE: 5 North & 5 South bed book count Good morning. I conducted bed book counts in 5N and 55 on Sunday, January 19. The bed book count was in order in 5N. However 55 bed book count was not in order. The following issues were present. • Cards were missing. • Cards were present in the book from inmates who left the institution. • Inmates were not in the proper cells. The Unit Officer corrected the issue with most of the cards at the conclusion of the count. However inmates will need to be moved into the proper cells or the SENTRY Roster will need to be updated.
